Michael Volodarskiy serves as Vice President & Director of Operations at New Start Psychological Care and is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management, with a focus on anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. His approach considers the whole person and emphasizes open communication, collaboration, and treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Michael’s background includes primary care, community mental health, and inpatient and outpatient settings supporting people with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. He also holds certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He earned his master’s degree in family health nursing from the University of Miami and completed a post-master’s certificate in psychiatric and mental health nursing at Wilkes University. During care, Michael reviews symptoms and health history, discusses treatment options, and uses follow-up visits to assess progress. He offers in-person care in Holmdel and telehealth appointments through New Start Psychological Care.
