Family Therapy

Service

Family Therapy

Family therapy provides space to address conflict, strengthen communication, and navigate changes together with a licensed counselor or therapist.

Your first family therapy appointment

The first visit explores each person’s perspective, relevant family history, and what you hope will improve. Your therapist will discuss who should participate, expectations for sessions, and how to make room for different viewpoints.

How follow-up works

Ongoing sessions may focus on listening, boundaries, problem-solving, and practicing new ways to respond to conflict. Your therapist will review progress and discuss which family members should attend and how often to meet.
