Noemia Da Silva is a Licensed Social Worker who provides virtual therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults. She earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and brings 10 years of experience in the mental health field, including in-home services and crisis intervention.
Noemia supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and life transitions. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs, drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills to support coping and emotional regulation.
Easygoing and approachable, Noemia creates space for clients to feel heard and build trust at their own pace. First sessions are conversational and focused on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and developing goals together. She also speaks European Portuguese.
