Her approach considers both individual experiences and the relationships and environments that shape them. She draws on cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approaches, motivational interviewing, family systems, and somatic techniques. Katherine holds a Master of Social Work and a Juris Doctor, bringing an interdisciplinary perspective to her work with clients.
